Competition Details: Pulled Pork & Smoked Chicken Cook-off – June 15th, 2024
- From 12-5 PM, attendees will come around to the competitor booths to sample your products.
- Competitors will serve each attendee with 1 ounce of pulled pork, 1 ounce of smoked chicken & some sauce.
- Meat & Ingredients to be provided by each competitor (plan for 250 servings).
- Serving plates, bowls, forks, napkins & garbage cans to be provided by event.
Judging Format: Blind Judging (new layout for 2o24).
